Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, a number of our suppliers are unable to guarantee delivery dates on customer orders as they are experiencing lower than normal supply levels during these times. We thank you for your patience and will notify you of any expected delays once your order has been placed.
SHOWROOM OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (COVID-19)
To all our valued customers, Bradford Hardware continues to prioritize the safety of our customers and employees during the COVID-19 global pandemic by following British Columbia’s Government, Health and WorkSafeBC official guidelines.
Our showroom is currently open by appointment only Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm, closed weekends or holidays until further notice.
We are working diligently to provide a safer showroom environment by implementing the following COVID-19 procedures:
All customers are asked to sanitize their hands upon entering our showroom.
All customer asked to wear a personal fabric or disposable protective mask during their scheduled appointment.
All customers are asked to complete a contact tracing form prior to their scheduled appointment. For everyone’s safety, if you answer “yes” to any of the questions, you unfortunately will not be allowed to enter our showroom at this time. We will notify you immediately if there becomes a concern of any potential exposure to COVID-19 after your scheduled appointment.
All customers are asked to perform social distancing at all times while in our showroom, ensuring to stay a minimum of 6ft between yourself and others.
