RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a number of business reasons: 

  • The products we offer have been specially ordered for you and in some cases manufactured to your specifications.
  • We have paid the import costs into Canada (shipping, brokerage, duties and exchange fees) that are unrecoverable, making it extremely difficult to return products for any type of credit or exchange.
  • Most of our vendors do not offer refunds or exchanges on special ordered items and if they do, there are considerable restocking fees and return shipping fees that apply.

WARRANTY 

All product warranty are subject to the vendor’s terms and conditions. If you would like to setup a warranty claim, please send your inquiry to online@bradfordhardware.com 

NOTE: We can only process warranty claims on products that have been purchased through Bradford Hardware in-store or online. 

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at online@bradfordhardware.com within 5 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can address and correct the issue immediately.

CANCELLATIONS 

Depending on the status of your order at the time of your cancellation request, will depend on if we can cancel your order. If your order has gone into production or has shipped, then unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order. In a backorder situation where the vendor products are currently unavailable and you prefer not to wait for them to be manufactured, we can request the order be cancelled. In all circumstances, we will always try our best to fulfill our customer’s requests whenever possible. If you would like to try to cancel an existing order, please send your inquiry to orders@bradfordhardware.com

GIFT CARDS
