The System One by FritsJurgens is a compact and narrow pivot hinge designed for doors with slim frames. It acts as a single pivot point without hold positions or self-closing features, making it a simple yet versatile pivot hinge. The design allows for free swing pivot doors that can be easily combined with door frames. It can be applied in both single- and double-acting pivot doors.
The pivot door system includes various components such as the pivot system, a floor plate, a ceiling plate, and a top pivot. The installation process is straightforward and can be completed in about 30 minutes, making it suitable for both new and retrofit situations. The installation involves mounting the floor plate, mounting the ceiling plate, installing the door, and fine-tuning the door.
In terms of specifications, the System One has dimensions of 162 x 32 x 18 mm and weighs 0.36 KG. It can support doors with a weight capacity of 0 to 500 kg, and the door width and height are unlimited. The pivot point can be on the side or in the middle, and the minimum door thickness is 40 mm. The door movement allows for a 360° free-swinging pivot.
